The Estate at Paeonian Station is a boutique venue that’s focused on providing comprehensive event planning and hosting solutions for weddings, business retreats, engagements, and more. Our intimate, private setting located in the heart of Paeonian Springs has an almost magical quality that will leave you and your guests breathless as you take in the natural surroundings. The Estate property has the honor of being recognized in the National Register of Historical Landmarks.

Accommodations & Onsite Events: Choose Your Experience

Guests in any of the Estate’s unique spaces are invited to enjoy three beautiful manicured acres that feature a fishing pond, a fire pit (unless rented), a horseshoe pit, hammocks, a basketball/volleyball court, and easy access to the WO&D trail as well as the kitchen and laundry in the main house. Amenities at the Estate Room and Loft include linens, cable TV, and free wifi. Smoking is allowed on the grounds.

Private Suite at The Estate

The private estate room is in the main house and includes a private full bathroom, recreation room, screened-in porch, and wet bar. It is ideal for a couple’s getaway or for a solo adventurer. No smoking, please.

Loft at the Estate

The Loft at the Estate is an extremely comfortable 12’ X 14’ space above the attached garage. The studio does not include plumbing, so there is an exceptionally clean portable toilet at the bottom of the steps. If you book more than one night, you are welcome to come into the main house to use the shower.

Campsite at The Estate

Set up camp in an idyllic backyard campsite—without any of the hassle! The Estate provides a 10-person tent, providing plenty of space to spread out under the trees around the bonfire (kindling provided). A queen air mattress and power cords are available upon request. Wifi is available.

Not only was the Estate a gorgeous space, my hair and make-up artists loved all the natural light flooding in through the windows. My bridal party and I were able to stay right there the night before the wedding, and we had access to all of the gorgeous views and backdrops they had to offer. If that wasn’t enough, Terry’s hospitality was truly amazing. He offered to get all of us girls breakfast that morning and was hands on with helping in any way possible. Paeonian Springs was one of the best wedding day decisions I made!

My husband and I had our wedding there in June of 2019 and it was the most amazing experience. Terry (the owner) was so incredibly generous with his time and allowed us to come view the property as much as we liked and we felt so comfortable using the property how we liked. We had about 100+ people at our wedding and all the guests loved the property! They just thought its was so beautifully maintained and was the perfect atmosphere for an outdoor wedding. We did a complete outdoor wedding and it was the perfect day, green grass and not too hot. I’d book a spot while you can, a place this beautiful will fill up quick!
